Marky Moore, CSBA, LEED AP, CEO of Capital Review Group has been named a judge for the BOMA Greater Phoenix “TOBY” Awards Program.  The Outstanding Building of the year, “TOBY” Award, is a prestigious award honoring “the Best of the Best” of commercial buildings. For over 25 years the TOBY Awards program has been recognizing properties that exemplify outstanding building quality and management practices. Winners are selected from participants at local, regional, and international levels.

Every year the BOMA Greater Phoenix TOBY Awards Program recognizes properties that incorporate superior building management practices into everyday operations. The TOBY Award is the highest mark of excellence for building management. All facets of building operations and management are evaluated during the judging process. The qualifications for the general TOBY categories are: display of overall superior quality in areas of tenant retention programs, community involvement, emergency evacuation procedures, ADA provisions, preventative maintenance schedules, security issues, policy and procedure manuals, as well as continuing education for building personnel. Judging is carried out by a panel comprised of industry professionals including: property managers, engineers and service professionals that support building operations on a day-to-day basis. Exciting to be a part of this great program honoring building management!
